CMKC Midsummer Madness

This week, it was the turn of The Drama Workshop & Thorny Croft to host this month’s Community Assembly.

A fun yet classical version of Midsummer’s Night Dream with a twist exploring Shakespearean language. The piece was written in verse to help with learning lines, improving memory, using gestures to represent words, exploring accents, movement and body memory which allowed speaking whole sentences in gestures.
